The questions every prospect asks.
Deployment, data, accuracy, autonomy and the performance fee — answered the way we'd answer them on a call.
Do we need to install anything at the plant?
No. Vynity is software only — no sensors, no SCADA integration, no on-site hardware and no capital expenditure. You send historical generation data; we deploy a model against that specific plant.
How long does it take to go live?
Two weeks from signature to live in shadow mode. After that, a daily session takes about three minutes and a forecast generates in roughly twenty seconds.
What data do you need from us?
Historical generation output, plant coordinates and basic plant information. The more history, the better the first model — but the platform was built for low-data environments and does not require a perfect archive to start.
How accurate is it, really?
Across more than 30 plants in production, error stays in the single digits and holds consistently from short-term to yearly horizons. In Turkey's live benchmark, Vynity's models outperformed the paid incumbent provider on the same window. We'd rather show you the exact numbers on your own portfolio than quote a figure here that isn't yours.
Does Vynity trade on our behalf?
No, and it is not designed to. Every recommendation carries a confidence score and a plain-language reason, and your desk approves or overrides each one. Advisory by design.
How is the performance fee calculated?
Against your own prior strategy, using your own settlement data, on a monthly scorecard you can audit. If we don't beat what you were already doing, there is nothing to share.
Which markets do you operate in?
Live in Georgia, in market testing in Turkey, with completed market studies in Armenia, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. EU and US entry is targeted for 2027.
What asset types are supported?
Wind, licensed solar, rooftop solar, dam hydro and run-of-river hydro — seven dedicated source models. Portfolios from 1.5 MW to 800 MW are currently under model.
Is there a lock-in?
No integration fees and no lock-in. The performance partnership is activated after a validation pilot in which you take no trading risk.
What happens to our data?
Your plant history is used to train and improve your models.
